Yoga For Everybody

Self-acceptance and self-love for who you are and where you are is the focus of my teaching and coaching. Accepting and loving yourself are the first stepping-stones to going forward in your life. 

I have practiced yoga inconsistently for nearly 30 years. In times of stress, anxiety and impatience in my life, I always return to my practice with gratitude, and yes, wonderment as to why I ever let my practice fall the wayside.  

I wholly returned to my yoga practice in 2018 when I experienced a life modifying painful nerve injury to my low back and right leg. Yoga saved my mental wellness, my physical body and my spiritual body.

I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and currently working towards my RYT 500-hour certification.
